I had won a 40 in TV from FORD.com about 14 months ago, and it came with a 2 yr warranty, well the other day my TV shut off and we started smelling something burning. Well the next day I called Best Buy because they are the warranty department. So I just got a call back and BEST BUY is going to send me a 55 in TV now because they don't have my 40 in any more. They are the Best Smile
