I heard something on the news last week I think? That they will take them back and replace them, no receipt needed, or something like that?

I wasnt sure where to put this. If you have a 1st gen ipod nano..even if it's not working and it's stuffed in a drawer..

apple is replacing them free of charge because of a battery defect...

They also come with a 90 day warranty. Not bad at all considering my ipod was 4 or 5 years old and only a 2 GB. My replacement has shipped and I should it have it in a day or two.I hope some people here are able to take advantage of this.
