Aww, TY rrddpp  love

I usually don't sweat the slumps because I get out about 1x a week to gamble {I live in Las Vegas  laughing} and it helps me to get away from stressing out on sweeping so I come back motivated!!!  laughing

The thing I've learned that has worked the best for getting out of a slump? Besides purging the negativity  laughing

Changing when/what order I enter in. That's actually easy for me because my DH works a rotating shift {7 on then 1 1/2, 2, or 4 days off depending on which shift - days/eves/mids} so my sleep schedule changes each week, as does when I enter.  laughing

I used to enter my IW's then my daily sweeps but now I just load them all up and start entering. I'm really picky about what I enter for, so I have very few sweeps compared to some, but that just makes it all the sweeter when I do win!!!  headbang

I'm sure you've seen my sweeping mantra {Wolfie is on me to come up with something new, I've reposted it so many times!!!  crazy tongue} so no need to repeat myself/drive poor Wolfie crazy - she might embargo me!!!  nono cry laughing

Add me to the list of slumpers. I usually go a week or two then hit a little something but this is so sad. I have even tried all diffrent times for doing the instant wins but still no luck. but I keep holding out hope. But even if I dont win I do hope some one from here does. Good luck all.

Lol I've gotten picky too. I mean when I used to enter everything it drove me even crazier when I didn't win like all that time I spent and nothing. I think newbies do that at first enter everything they get their hands on lol. But now I've rebalanced all my hobbies so at least if I don't win I still got my positive hobbies to cheer me up like my indoor garden lol  crazy tongue

Yep - I hard charged on nothing but sweeps for 6 solid months before I had a win - other than a "gimme" and if not for my tenacious nature {Taurus, can't you tell  laughing } I'd have quit!!!  crazy tongue

Now, I can actually miss a day - or more - and it's refreshing instead of depressing!!!  laughing

I constantly run into people who say they came out gambling with $5 or $10 and hit for $100 - $1000. My DH is like that too, but not me  cry

Anyway, once I figured out it's a "right time right place" kinda thing and sweeping was much like gambling but without the investment, I learned to chill.

In Dec., I was playing a machine a friend of mine prefers and just when she showed up, I'd finally hit a little and was ready to move - she got on it and hit for $1500!!! I was very happy for her, and since I KNOW that I could have played it for 10 more hours and never hit...

So, I apply that to sweeping - it's just when I can't get my timing to work for either that I have to purge, and that usually does the trick, and I can go back to enjoying my hobbies!!!  headbang

I'm posting here so 3M's good luck will rub off on me.

With all the sweeps that expired at the end of the year, we are not hearing of many winners of those.  I'm not hearing from ANYONE.

I'm really happy for the new sweepers...and I won a lot when I was new.  I do believe their odds are better.

WOW, this thread is more powerful than I thought - I went out gambling and hit on keno {6 out of 6} twice!!! The 1st time, no powerball, but the second one was!!!  headbang headbang headbang

Only problem? I won $1 over the limit, so I got a 1099  cry My fault - I play 5 nickles for a 25 cent bet, which is where I won the 1st one, but I went to the 10 cent machine, and instead of betting 2, I bet 3!!!  nono

This only reinforces it - whining works!!!  laughing

OK, that will do - for a start!  laughing

You need to let us know how long forever is, and how the last thing you "won" was wallpaer/a ringtone/etc. lol!!!

Let 'er rip - purge & go back to winning tracey!!!  headbang

just want to be able to go in the winner's circle and say I won something from this phenomenal sweepstakes website....something any lil thing...LOL

thanks for listening to me rant yet again.... :P

I wanted to say don't give up! I finally won something online which was an instant win for a candy bar, and I know it's just a candy bar, but it motivates me to try even harder, and yes I got to report it in the winner's circle which I too wanted to do for a long time!

May I join your Sweeps Slump Club?  Coke has been very good to me in the past but I cant even get a win there lately.  I want to whine to someone but hubby just doesn't understand.  Ever since the Easter Mars contest ended I cant buy a win.  Hoping a rant will kick start something for me.  Thank you for giving us a place to put our rants.
