Definitely too many commas.

I take stories like this with a grain of salt.  People will do anything to get a free meal! laughing

Plus, you know the manager didn't pay for their meal.  They just didn't get charged for it!

I thought so about the commas but ya know me, im not above, throwing in a few extra ones, for good measure myself, so I wasnt sure. lol

If they were using fresh broccoli I could see it happening. Let me rephrase that. I can see something like that getting into a box of fresh broccoli. having it washed, cooked and put on someones plate without seeing it? no way.
