in june, i won lucky breaks sweepstakes; prize was the Instyler rotating hair iron. i was suppose to print out the affy, get it notorized and send it off by a certain day or the prize would be forfeited. well, i was tardy for the party and didn't get it done; so i just wrote it off as a prize i didn't get.  yesterday my husband brings in the mail, he hands me a box and it's an Instyler. i'm guessing it was the one that i won back in june but it had only my name and address on the box and no other info.  I thought no paperwork no prize. anyone have similar experience?
