I think I've been sick and didn't know it, thinking it was just a really bad fibro fog, but I'm a typhoid Mary {I carry the cooties and infect others and rarely get sick myself} and Bob is sick now!!!  

I've managed to avoid getting a cold - I can count on 1 hand the times I've gotten the flu, for some reason, even though I'm allergic to the flu shot, I rarely get nailed? Anyway, I think by drinking at least 1 V8 a day, and using a netipot {filtered/boiled water ONLY!!!} I've kept the cooties out!!!
