Has anyone else had trouble redeeming their Salsa coupon(s) from La Victoria. I had to go to 5 supermarkets before I found one that carried the Salsa in the 16 ounce size required by the manufacturer. It was a Kroger supermarket but when I turned in my coupons I was told by the cashier that Kroger "doesn't accept internet coupons." I told her they weren't from the internet, that I received them in the mail from a sweepstakes and showed her the back of the coupon that required you to scratch off with a coin to verify its authenticity. She scratched the back and revealed the required logo but still insisted it was an internet coupon. I asked her to show it to her manager who came out to the register and still insisted "Sir, we don't accept internet coupons." I just gave up in frustration.

error Some of the stores really do have a bunch of incompetent boobs working there. Sorry to hear that you had problems. My hubby took them to Fred Meyer's (west coast Kroger store) He didn't have any problems.

I would let the sweepstakes people know - sometimes they can be helpful.

That's a good suggestion zwriter. I think I'll shoot them an email. BTW, loved your video on youtube. You're a natural in front of the camera. I do believe a star is born!

What is really amazing about this is the fact that Kroger's official  policy is that they take internet coupons.

Deerwalker, I guess the reason they didn't accept it is because they don't accept "free" internet coupons per their policy in paragraph 3 "We will generally not accept "FREE product" (no purchase required) print-at-home coupons"

However, as we all know, the coupon came from La Victoria directly in the mail.

I wrote to both Kroger and La Victoria and neither one of them replied. Customer service sure isn't what it use to be!
