where pics should be. why is it doing this. I cant see my smacking smileys or anyone elses. I went to other sites and there is the the little red x. any ideas? I get the feeling this is a remedial question  laughing but I dont know what to do.

If it STILL won't work? Put the pesky site in your allowed:

At the top, click on>TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS>SECURITY>TRUSTED SITES>Click on sites button, then type or C&P the site address in add this Web site to the zone then click ok/apply.
