Wondering why your vote thread was locked?

I locked your thread so people don't waste their time posting they voted for you and asking you to return the vote when you posted your ask and then left SA: Last Active: November 29, 2011, 01:38:13 PM

Follow the instructions very carefully! It is a little complex but this should guide you:

1) The site has a nasty habit of switching to french when clicking links. If this happens, CLICK ENGLISH AT THE VERY TOP LEFT OF THE SITE. The same page will load in english.

2) In order to vote, you first need to register by clicking "Enter the contest", DO NOT CLICK "VOTE".

3) On the form, right under PARTICIPATION, uncheck "I want to take part in the contest". Fill in the form (no need for picture).

4) Check your email for the confirmation link and click it.

5) Now log in to the site.

6) Now click the link above and click the green "VOTE" button.

Hmmm, DH went thru the steps, verified & logged in, but when he tries to vote he gets:

Vous avez déjà voté pour ce participant. {yes, he was on the English page!  }

So I guess it's really 1x phh/IP, not pp?
