My first big mistake in over 1 year of doing contest entries.  I played the champpsmysteryprize facebook contest last night and did not print out the coupon with the redemption code.  I submitted my email with the code to find out what the prize was.  They emailed me back this morning saying I had won one of the $1000 cash prizes.  You have to take the coupon with the code to one of the restaurants to claim the prize.  Since I did not print the coupon I cannot do that, no proof that I actually had that code number.  If you are playing this contest make sure you print the coupon everytime or keep it on your screen until they email you back with the prize.

Wow!!!!  What a let down!!!!  I wish there was some way they could verify it for you and you could still get it!!!!  Did it say you absolutely had to print?  Hope you have better luck!!!!
