I played this instant win game this morning and landed three gift cards in a row from top to bottom on the right column... and when I clicked to the next page it said sorry...  Can anyone help me with this?  I emailed eprize after reading the rules etc...but is anyone else having this... showing u won and then it says sorry...I wish I took a screen shot but I have no idea how to do that. scratch scratch

But rule #6 says this........

SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED

That's probably what they will email back and tell you.

Thats why if it has a click here button thats what I do. Those spinning wheel instants can be really deceptive. lots of instants are that way. take the Spanish instant for example. lots of people matched two envelopes but didn't win. It comes with the territory unfortunately. hope ya win something big very soon. keeping my fingers crossed for ya.  cheers

I actually did hear back from Macy's and they said that there is only one winner per hour.  Sounds like a pat answer to me but oh well.  Tommorrows another day.

I've had that happen on Macys, Clementines, and something else I forgot.. irritating!
