Major Forum Upgrade/Replacement Planned

Hi Folks,

Just wanted to give an update as to the technical plans for SA.

We will be replacing the SA Forum in the near future ( within 2 weeks ) . The new forum will have more features, better security/reliability and easier to use.

After the forum is released we have a long list of feature enhancements submitted by our members that we will be releasing in succession.

Thanks for the heads up!
I usually look the all the forum threads at least once a month
usually around the 1st just after I do all my monthly computer
maintenance and security checks and balances.

I saw your message and am reading thru them tonite just to
be sure I am up to date with forum threads.

Just wanted to know if there is anything/like info we might have
saved etc. that we should be aware of during this upgrade.
I quess by that I mean does this affect "My Sweepstakes", saved
PMs, etc.?

Just wanted to make sure!?

We are making sure all the posts, pm's, etc are moved over from the old forum. This does not effect My Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes listings in the directory.

I heard the same thing!  I plan on being here 24/7 posting meaningless messages all  over the site, just to win the single Hershey's kiss available in this challenge.  Otherwise, Lee might mistakenly win it and we all know the Queen can't let that happen!   :smt003

Just wanted to update you and let you know that we are still working on the Forum upgrade and we are getting closer. The most difficult part is seamlessly manging the logins so that one login allows you to use both the directory and forum. This is the part that is taking a little longer than expected but we want to get it right before turning it over to the members. When we accomplish this part I'll follow up with you all and tell you about the new features that will be available. We are probably another week out before full production release. :smt023
