I had read on here about a couple people who had received a prize in this one without even knowing they had won, so you can imagine my excitement when I went to my mailbox today and found a surprise box from Marlboro!!! The size of it led to me to think all kinds of exciting things....mp3 player? Garmin? Digital Camera?  Im practically DROOLING as I rip the box open and find.........

somewhere, someone is having a good laugh.

Awww...Sorry it wasn't something better.  I think the ashtrays were freebies.  Hope you get that great win soon!

YEA ! ME TOO! i got an ashtray a few weeks ago and I thought the same thing that I won something! oh well it was free so at least I got something for 2months worth of everyday entering!  headbang laughing

Yes, I received an ashtray last week. And, since I am a smoker, I can use it (out in the garage or on the patio - my brother and I don't smoke in the house).

I thought it was nice thing to do, especially since it was free, just for entering the Marlboro Flavor Chase  contest. They could have sent out plastic ashtrays - and plastic ashtrays would have been FAR cheaper to mail, but instead Marlboro sent all of us glass ashtrays. They probably thought all of us could use them, since "all of us" were smokers Smile  whistle  Smile

Hi Everyone... new to this site.....  but had to chuckle about the Ashtray, as I got one as well.  About a week before I got it, I was an instant winner on FlavorChase.com.... I won the mini mag flash light.  So imagine how bummed out I was when I opened my box from Marlboro, and got the Ashtray..... I thought they must have substituted it...  But then a week later, I got my mag light.... so....... I WON!!  Still hoping for one of the major grand prizes.  Has anyone requested a copy of the winners list??

Funny thing, I knew it was an ashtray before I even opened it.  Marlboro has sent me tons of ashtrays before in the past.  And I love it  laughing  It's deep enough and wide enough for the inconsiderate house guests who can't seem to hit the target.
