Max Spyware Detector proclaims it is a spyware detector.  In actuality it's malware.  After 4 years and paying them registration fees, I discovered this when the scan came on and was finished in a couple seconds.  They reported no spyware.  Of course, they weren't even scanning for it, just making it look like they were.  When I went to their Live Chat, the rep ( from India) said just send us the Export Log.  It seemed he was just trying to get rid of me fast.   Anyway, I advise anyone who is reading this to never, never download Spyware Detector.  Now I've deleted everyone of their files and am using other antispyware software.  Unfortunately, I forgot to  block them from my email and discovered they had maliciously deleted all my email accounts.  I hate SOB's like this.
