This is the third time that I have experienced this issue.

When trying to sign on I was getting a message dialogue box telling me there were no "suitable nodes" to connect me to Sweepstakes Advantage. I interpreted this as the site being down for maintenance but on the second day I was able to sign my laptop on from a different isp than Mediacom so I called Mediacom Tech. The first tech listened to my dilemma and promptly disconnected our phone connection. I'm sure it was accidental but it was none the less frustrating. My second call was taken by a very pleasant young lady that sounded very competent. After a few tests she returned to the phone and advised me that she was able to duplicate the problem and it should be corrected in 24-48 hours. Ouch!! Two days without my sweepstakes page! Well lss, when I returned to my computer after a quick trip to the store my Sweepstakes Advantage was back.

Moral to the story? Don't just assume it's a wide range issue. It could be a routing issue with your ISP and can be corrected.

Best part? The tech at Mediacom is also an avid Sweepstakes Advantage participant. You know who you are and Radi8r salutes you.  headbang  cheers the wave

Hey suzynj4. If it was a couple hours ago that it began working then that would coincide with when I talked to tech and they fixed the problem. Kudos go to the young lady at Mediacom that went out of her way to replicate the problem so it could be fixed quickly.  I hesitate to use her name but she is a member of Sweepstakes Advantage and if she ever shows her face she should be commended.  headbang

I had the same problem too today. It's working now. I get another problem a lot too, I go about 8 pages into the dailys and all of a sudden it's not able to open up any pages in the links for about 4 minutes, it says "Safari can't open up the page".  then i stop for a little while and go back and i can open up links again. Anybody else have that problem?

We are in the middle of a Migration from one data center to another. You should be able to login from www.sweepstakesplus.com . These changes effect dns and could take an hour to several hours to come into effect.

I couldn't log on this morning either.  Now I can buy all my sweeps catagories have expired sweeps listed.

I went in to the Tech area and listed my computer issues and was told it was being worked on and all would be back to normal soon.  That was this morning but I'm guessing it is still being worked on.

I had similar problems with Safari   error  when I used it. I don't know if it leaked memory or what   scratch  but I use Mozilla Firefox now and don't have any of those problem anymore.  headbang
