I got notice from UPS last week. I put my sign on it and leaved it on my front door next day. When I came back home, nothing, somebody got my package. I talk to UPS and they told me to contact the shipper. The shipper is DB Online LLc, the problem is that I can't find any information about them. I want my package back.
If someone has information for DB Online LLC, please let me know.
Thanks!

UPS should have their contact info or phone number. Hope you get to the bottom of this.

I hope you get your package back but I know from a friends past experience that it might not be the case. Good luck though. I'm sure it was insured. UPS insures all their packages up to a certain price and then the shipper has to insure after that price.
