So... does tonight's episode with Lauren Cleri help the series or get it canceled? Think the marriage is over yet?

Is this the one where the wife says she will leave her husband for her ex-boyfriend? That is so strange. I can't imagine getting on TV and putting myself in that kind of position ~ that is terrible!

re: ex-boyfriend, they ask that question but it isn't answered.
I believe she did it because she couldn't tell husband any other way that the marriage was over / she wanted out.

Geesh, you would have thought that if she wanted out she would have gotten rid of him before winning alot of money! Maybe that was to ease her own conscience!

After/while going for $10K, she said she didn't care about the money.
In the end, she lost $100,000 and got nothing.

The show is great to watch with the Tivo as you can skip past the boring bits.

Another reason I love my Tivo! After I go through and weed out the 22 episodes of Spongebob, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and Hannah Montana that it records a day ~ sometimes I actually get to watch something I want to ~lol!!

The woman who who cheated on her husband...despicable! And to air that sort of thing on national t.v. like some Jerry Springer episode... Oh, the question that cancelled her check was, "Do you think you are a good person"? What!? After previously admitting to stealing money from a former employer, telling her husband (and the world) that she would dump her husband if her ex-boyfriend wanted her to, and finally...that she has been unfaithful to her husband. The marriage was only two years old, for Gawd's sake! Unbelievable. So she answers "Yes" to the question...self-centered person that she is...and got nailed! I really hopes he dumps her like a hot rock, and moves on to finding someone who actually loves him. The

I think they need to have celebrity versions of this show. Who would you like to put in the chair? Bill Clinton? Al Sharpton? Drew Peterson? Charles Manson? Simon Cowell? Homer Simpson? Kermit the Frog? [What do you really think of Miss Piggy? ... ] John and Patsy Ramsey Osama bin Laden Muhammed Saeed al-Sahaf Kim Jong-il Rosie O'Donnell Ryan Seacrest Tom Cruise

I actually watched it last night. omg!! That guy was a scumbag. If I was his wife I would take everything he has. I would leave him with one shirt, pants, pair of underwear and socks and burn the rest.. before I took him to the cleaners. What a jerk. Not that she was to bright either. He dated two of her sisters. why would she go out with him much less marry him. talk about keeping it in the family. oh, and I bet his friends wont let their wives around him anymore.

I got the impression that the friend's wife thing happened before they were married. I think current wife said 9 years ago, and they were only married 5. Having current wife being her friend though would definitely be weird. I noticed "dad" didn't hang around after asking his question. Yes, the guy was a bit of a scumbag. I don't think the show would be as interesting if the contestant wasn't to some degree. I mean, how interesting would the show be with a series of Q&A's like... Did you sleep with your neighbor's wife? no Have you slept with a co-worker? no Did you photocopy any body parts on the office copier? no Did you steal from work? no Did you stuff your bra/underwear? no Did you secretly watch your parents having sex while you were growing up? no Do you still love your spouse after he/she gained 150 pounds? yes Sure, they have the occasional question thrown in which shows the person in a positive light, but people enjoy the show more when the bad stuff comes out about the person's history. PS Patsy Ramsey would have had to be interviewed before the show started. Bad of me to suggest her, though would have liked to have seen the results.

I think this show is just on for shock value. These people already know this stuff before they get on TV. I guess they figure America will watch so they will air this type of program.

Yeah~ if they can pull off putting Patsy on there I will be turning in!!!
You know, I know none of these "stars" would ever be on there and risk that kind of negative press ~ that is more for the type of stars that are trying so hard to stay in the spot light and don't care what they do to get and stay there.
You know ~ just think about it though ~ a lot of those questions are what I call "loaded" questions and Jimmie ended up having to agree with me...on the long dark hair wife's questions they asked her..."have you ever thought about having sex with a co-worker. Well, ever is a long time. Could have been at another job even. They didn't specify since you've been married. Same with do you have any secrets that could end your marriage...once again, who knows. To me that is judgemental and I would have to say yes ~ I am sure Jimmie could scratch up something if he wanted to use it. Anyone looking for a reason can find it...just my thoughts.

I think all game shows find the worse in the population to come one. Even shows like are you smarter than a 5th grader and sing the lyric shows. why?... because on those these people act like gidget on acid. helllllloooooo. no one is that happy and if they are someone should smack em. I find that just as annoying as the people on moment who lie, steal and cheat. sorry about the hijack... I think the questions are loaded too. Things people will do for money.

Not anymore. I saw her on Oprah awhile back and she said they are not dating.

The season finale of Moment of Truth airs tonight! Also on the show, we get to see what happened to a former player's marriage after the wife revealed all sorts of sleazy, adulterous things about her hubbie. This was the woman who answered that she thought she was a good person, which was a lie.
