Supercuts Beach Bash May Internet Sweepstakes - this sweeps runs  April - September, and these are the entry form/rules for MAY:

*You need a BASH code to enter - You may obtain a Code by visiting a participating Supercuts store and obtaining a free game piece ("Game Piece"), while supplies last.

**In addition, from time to time during the Promotion Period Sponsor may make Codes available on the Web Site and/or post on the Web Site a list of additional authorized venues where you can obtain a Game Piece, while supplies last.

***Residents of Puerto Rico only may also request a free Game Piece, while supplies last, by mailing a hand-printed, self-addressed, postage paid #10 envelope to:

Minneapolis, MN 55439.

Mail-in requests must be postmarked by May 16, 2006 and received by May 23, 2006. Mechanically reproduced, typed or computer generated requests or envelopes are not allowed.

Limit one Code per outer mailing envelope. Each valid Code is entitled to one entry into the Sweepstakes pursuant to these rules. Each Code can be used to enter only once. Attempts to use a Code more than once are void.

Limit  (1) entry per person and per e-mail address per day.


PRIZES.
(4) Grand Prize winners will each receive a 5 day/4 night trip for two to the Supercuts Beach Bash event currently scheduled for December 13-17, 2006 at the Radisson Cable Beach & Golf Resort in Nassau, Bahamas (date and location subject to change). Each Grand Prize includes (i) round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from the major commercial airport with regularly scheduled flights closest to the winner's permanent residence within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or Canada (excluding Quebec); (ii) four (4) nights all-inclusive hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax), food, beverages, scheduled activities (golf cart and club rental extra), non-motorized water sports, shuttle to and from the airport; (iii) entry to the Supercuts Beach Bash event. ARV $3,400. Traveling companion must be 21 years of age or older at time of departure (if traveling companion is not 21 at time Release is signed, parent or legal guardian must also sign Release).


(25) First Prize winners will each receive an 8 day/7 night trip for (2) to a Bluegreen resort of Sponsor's choice. Each First Prize includes (i) round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from the major commercial airport with regularly scheduled flights closest to the winner's permanent residence within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or Canada (excluding Quebec) (or, at Sponsor's sole discretion, ground transportation travel cost reimbursement of up to $500 (subject to Sponsor's prior approval and written receipts); the difference in value between the air fare and ground transportation will not be paid to First Prize winner); and (ii) seven (7) nights lodging only at a Bluegreen resort of Sponsor's choice (one double occupancy room and room tax only) ARV $3,300. Traveling companion must be 18 years of age or older and not a minor in his/her state of residence. The total ARV of all prizes is $96,100. Actual ARV may vary due to location of winner's residence and price fluctuations; the difference in value between the ARV and actual retail value will not be paid to winner. Prizes consist only of the items specifically mentioned herein. All details of the prizes are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Travel and lodging arrangements for all prizes must be made through Sponsor or an agent of Sponsor's choice. Travel and lodging must occur on a carrier and at a hotel of Sponsor's choice. Certain blackout periods and additional travel, lodging, and/or accommodations restrictions may apply. All prize winners and guests must travel on dates specified by Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. If winners are unavailable to travel on dates specified, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor shall have the right to select an alternate potential winner. Winners and guests must travel on same itinerary, and participate in all prize-related activities together. Reservations must be completed within 30 days prior to travel. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID or passport depending on citizenship) prior to departure. Winners are responsible for all expenses and taxes not included in the prize package, including, without limitation, all ground transportation, parking, meals, room service, tips, souvenirs, food, beverages, phone calls, incidentals, any travel insurance and other type insurance and all other expenses. If airline tickets are lost they will not be replaced.

Wow, had some codes left over from April and they worked in May, even though they said on card they wouldn't.

The codes are sequential....

Nine digits.

Mine started with SC25
