You know how I was really stressed out yesterday. Well I have so much to thank God for. I have so much to be thankful for. Last night my brother was walking to his car, and he accidently slammed his finger in the car door. Well the pain made him pass out. He fell and hit his head on the concrete. His friend Dan, tried to get him to go to the hospital, Ryan wouldn't go (Ryans my brother). Well Ryan kept asking Dan why his head hurt. Dan would answer him. Then Ryan would ask him agian. Ryan was really out of it. Dan got so worried he called my parents around midnight last night. Well my mom and dad rushed to get my brother and take him to the hospital. They did a bunch of tests. Found a little bit of blood in his spine. But that wasn't the big thing. They found a annurism in his brain. They didn't even know it had been there. If it had burst, he could of died or something. It is a blessing that they found it. Well he is at another hospital now, and they are going to do brain surgery on him to fix the annurism. My brother is 22, and really good health. Great soccer player. Its just crazy. I always thought it would be me that had something bad and would need surgery. Because I'm overweight. Well thank God he has insurance. Because I don't. The first hospital bill alone was $2,000. Please pray for my brother. And I'm not sure but we will probably lose power tonight because of Faye. So if I don't post agian, I will post tommorrow. My brother is funny though. He doesn't want to be in the hospital, he thinks this all is stupid. And hes like, "This is my last weekend before college starts agian." They told him he would probably have to stay in the hospital for a day or two. He's bummed out. But at least he's ok.

Oh tiff I am so thrilled that they found the annurism and I do think it's a God thing that he first slamed his finger and hit his head. If none of that had not happened they would not have found this. I will say a prayer that the surgery goes well.

So sorry to hear about your brother. How lucky he is that they discovered it. Thanks God for the modern marvels in medicine. I'm sure your folks must be worried sick. I will certainly add your family, especially your brother to my prayer list.

Thank you so much. My parents are at the hospital, only had two hours of sleep. And will not leave his side. I hope that he is ok.

Thanks for all the prayers. My brother is ok. I'm so excited. He didn't have an annurism after all. Because he hit his head so hard. It looked like one, but it wasn't. So he doesn't need surgery. He does have to stay in the hospital for a while. Because of his concussion. YAY I"M so happy.

Well my brother had gotten out of the hospital yesterday. They sent him home with a bunch of pills. The whole day and night my brother had a horrible headache, and threw up over and over agian. My mom said he was so sick and mad, he couldn't take it, he was punching walls, yelling, etc. Well my parents finally gave up around midnight, and took him back to the hospital. He's sleeping right now. One of the doctors said when you have a spinal tap, it can give you horrible headaches. Well this has just been a crazy week. And to top it all off, my parents driveway is broken. The city workers dug a huge hole to let water go through the ditch. Well all that water is not good for our ditch, so our driveway collapsed. There's a big hole now. Very dangerous.

I will continue to keep your brother in my prayers. And at least with the driveway the city has to fix it There must have been a sink hole under the driveway.

have they checked to make sure the spinal fluid isnt leaking? When I had my son this inept... anyway, keep sticking me over and over trying to numb me for the c-section.. ended up having a hole and the nonsense leaking.. The absolute worse headache I have ever had in my life. They had to go back in and fix it. not sure how they did it though. When they drew the blood before the procedure. I passed out. dont remember nothing. Im sorry your brother is going through this. If it is that they should be able to fix it easily.

Talked to my dad tonight. Something wrong with the fluid in his spine where they had done the spinal tap. So I guess that was it. Anyways my brother is doing a lot better now. He woke up, went to the bathroom, said the room wasn't spinning anymore, and actually wanted to eat something. So I'm so glad he is feeling a little better. Thank you everyone for keeping him in your prayers.

Thank you all for your support. My brother is ok now. When they did the spinal tap, they didn't close it up right or whatever. So he had fluid leaking or something. They fixed it. And he is ok now. Now he is back to his old silly self.
