My Coke Twist Text Win IWG - How the heck do I play online?

So the period to be able to play free online without having to buy a 20 ounce Coke was to have begun August 27th. In the rules, it says to follow the links once you are logged in to request a free online code. I see no links anywhere where I can request a free online code. Does anyone know and can point me to where it is? TIA

It appears the Free online AMOE code request is only working with Google Chrome.

Copy/paste the URL below into your Google Chrome browser, sign in, and a box will pop up where you can request a free code. The code is sent to your email and you must sign back in and enter your code using the link provided in the email.
