I won my first prize from Sweeping Friends. It was a gift baskets full of body creams and lotions and a few other things. So excited to actually win something but still waiting to win from SA sweeps and the Ninja sweeps...nothing there yet.

janice2, Congrats on your win. Your post is unclear about how you enter sweeps. Just to be sure you know, SA does not enter sweeps for you. You must go to each site (by clicking on the name of the sweeps) in order to enter, and once on the sponsor's site, you must follow their instructions/fill out their form yourself. I am posting this because you mention Sweeps Ninja and Sweeping Friends. I am not familiar with Sweeping Friends, but unlike Ninja, at SA you must enter each sweeps for yourself. Occasionally, new members think they are entering by checking Sweeps Check. Sweeps Check does not enter you. It only indicates that you looked at the sweeps. Again, you enter by clicking on the name of the sweeps, going to the sponsor's site and following the sponsor's instructions. Then you can use Sweeps Check and Save to save the sweeps to your My Sweeps list at SA. Maybe you already are doing this, but since your post was not clear, I am posting just in case. Please read the forums and information on how to use the tools at SA, if you have not already done so. I started sweeping in October to try to win my daughter an iPad and found so much more out there! My first win was within a couple of weeks - a $100 Check from "It Pays to Eat Pasta" It was unexpected, because the check just showed up in the mail. I've had lots of little wins - gift cards, free product, t shirts, etc. Every little bit helps, as times have been really tough for my family. In January I won a MacBook Air! Shortly after that I won a beautiful Adrianna Papell dress which my daughter is wearing to prom. I've really enjoyed entering contests - I know this sounds silly, but it's like window shopping every day. I can't afford to buy, but I might actually win! I sent referrals for several contests to my mom, and she won $1000 for herself plus $1000 for her Church's youth group in the Church's Pay it Forward contest! I try to check SA every day to see what's new out there and really appreciate the resource. I think it just takes diligence - enter a lot to win a few. I'm still trying for that IPad though!!

I know it's a really small win BUT I've been sweeping for 3 months and I won Creamer from International Delight...I know it's not that big of a deal but it is my fav creamer!  Hurrah! THX SA! |
