Some troubleshooting starters that may help -

Simple as it sounds, make sure you are logged in.  If you somehow become logged out during your visit, you won't be able to access your MySweeps.

If you are coming to us through a saved page, try logging all the way out, then log back in again.  It is possible that your computer pulled up a cached page that does not reflect your current MySweeps selections.

Sometimes these simple suggestions are enough to set things right.  If you still cannot view your MySweeps, please let us know.
