I Heart My Grill-Money To Burn Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. Purchasing does not improve your chances of winning. Sweepstakes begins June 3, 2008 and ends July 15, 2008. To enter, visit our Web site at www.myrecipes.com and follow the directions on the screen. One online entry per email account per day. Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT July 15, 2008. Open to all legal residents of the Contiguous U.S. who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. APO and FPO addresses not eligible. One Daily Winner will be selected by random drawing for each day of the Sweepstakes period, for a total of 45 Daily Winners, from among eligible entries received prior to 11:59 p.m. on the applicable day. Each Daily Winner will receive one t-shirt and one Weber’s Real Grilling Book (Total ERV: $31.51). One Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected no later than 14 days after the Sweepstakes end date to receive a Summit S-670 Weber Grill (ERV: $2,500) and $5,000 cash (Total ERV: $7,500). (ERV of all prizes awarded: $9,292.10). The difference between actual retail value and estimated retail value of prize will not be awarded. Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No cash in lieu of prize and no exchange or substitution of prize except at discretion of sponsors. All federal, state, and local income taxes on prize are the responsibility of the Prize Winner. Grill assembly and installation is not included. Delivery is limited. Any Winner who cannot be easily located at address shown on entry form will forfeit prize. Each potential Winner, as a condition of receiving any prize, will required to sign and return a W-9 (regardless of the taxable value of the prize), a Statement or Affidavit of Eligibility and a Release of Liability within 14 days following the date of first attempted notification. The prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected if the selected Winner fails to sign and return any required documents within the time specified, or is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules. Sponsors reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend Sweepstakes if, for any reason, Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances or causes which in the Sponsors’ sole judgment, affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. By acceptance of the prize, Winner consents to the use of his/her name and photo for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the contest offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries. No facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry.
