To make a loooooooong story short.....

I'm in the process of taking  someone to court....

The other person has recently (within the last month) moved, and left no forwarding address. cussing (According to the sheriff)

Does anyone have any ideas, suggestions, as to how I can find out where he moved to? Do you know any ''legal'' (and FREE)way to get someones Social Security # to track them down?

Is it legal to call their employer and ask for updated information?

TIA Waving

http://www.wikihow.com/Find-Someone

http://www.zabasearch.com/

http://www.peoplesearchlinks.com/articles/newaddress.php

There are many other webisite services; but, if you do get a hit, it probably won't be until he has established himself at his new address.

There's alway someone who knows where someone went.

The problem with peoplesearch and zabasearch is you gotta pay for info. The info they supply, I already have.

I'll try the other 2.
Thanks

Sometimes if you mail something to an old address it will get forwarded to the new one if the person provided a change of address, but if you put on there that you are requesting the new address, the post office will usually provide you with that info.  Billing companies do it all the time in for when ppl move and don't provide a new address, or forget.  Check the usps.com site, it may have forwarding info there.  The most you will be out is the cost of a stamp if it doesn't work.  Good luck
