I just had my first win requiring notarization, won a beauty bundle in the Olay Head to Toe Sweeps Smile  Is there typically a cost for this or can I find it offered free somewhere?  Any tips greatly appreciated, Thanks!

 sunny Congrats on the wonderful win! When I get an affy that needs to be notorized, I take it to the bank where I have an account and they don't charge me. Check with your bank.
