I'm pretty sure that when I won a DVD from NeedCoffee.com it just showed up in the mail. I save my emails and I don't have one from them.

I searched the SA forum for needcoffee.com and found that someone posted a "surprise win" which means no email.

I also took a look at their general rules, and it says, "Also please note, for all contests: Prizes may take 4-6 weeks for delivery." It doesn't say that winners will be notified, other than the onsite list, which is how I understand their wording, "Needcoffee.com reserves the right to determine the method of notification, and that method shall be restricted to the website only."
