People in several states have received a letter and check claiming they have won a sweepstakes from Nestle. Winners are instructed to contact an agent who asks for checking account information.
Victims then deposit the check and the thieves empty their checking account. Nestle said it's working with the FBI, Secret Service and the U.S. Postal Service to stop the scam.
