"How are we notified of a win, is it strictly an email or a phone call? "There are several ways to be notified of wins. Sometimes the Official Rules will let you know how, by saying something like, "winners will be contacted by phone," or "Winner will be contacted by email."
For many Instant Wins, you will get a Congratulations screen, followed by an email.
Often, a prize just shows up in your mailbox, or delivered by UPS, Fedex, etc. without prior notice.
You will need to check your email regularly, including your junk mail (but don't open attachments!). After a while, you will learn to distinguish a real win from a fake winning message. There are tips and examples in the forums.
Please read the posts in the Newbie forum, Questions and Answers, Newbie FAQs, and look around the forums in general because the answers are there...there is a lot to learn and there is a lot of info about getting started. Our members are the best so if you have other questions, ask and I'm sure someone will help.
