when i won in court kinda,i get $250 it was stated that the other party pay me by the first well i got a call from the other party on the first saying it would not be in the mail until the 2nd,well today is the 4th and still no check now every one in the family is on my case about taking her back to courrt becausse she broke the agreement that she put in writing,and i just want to get this done and over with.thank you for letting me vent.kandy

thanks you are probaly right.i just need to give it some more time,it is just that we really are broke and need it to hold us over to the 12th.

So did you sue them in small claims court?
Thats what I have to do. I'm still making up excuses why not to do it. Was it as scary and hard as I think it is?
