If I leave my computer for any lenght of time, when I come back I get a page saying there is a maintence issue with the site, or that the site is down.  I've done computer scans, diagnostic repair, called my cable company, and nothing seems to fix it.  I do not have any new programs on my computer, the error message started out of the blue.  The best message I get from IE is that there is an HTTP issue with the website I'm on (SA).

Can you help me figure out what I need to so to fix it?
