Hey guys,

I was hoping some of the more experienced sweepers here could help me alleviate (or confirm) my "conspiracy theory" lol.

I've won random small things in the past from eprize manage sweeps so I know they are legitimate and have read many threads of others who claim the same. But what I'm worried about is that my email address may have been blacklisted and not knowing for sure stresses me out for whatever reason lol.

I first noticed with the facebook uni-ball sweep where you could request codes. No matter how many days in a row I tried requesting a code, one never showed up (not in the spam folders or anywhere). But at the same time, my wife had absolutely no problem getting hers every time she put her email in.

I did email them to ask if there was any problems and they only responded once (eventually) just saying to check my spam folder. I replied and said I have been watching and nothing ever shows up but they never replied again after the first one.

Anyway, I was frustrated but figured it was maybe just the coding (or something) on the uni-ball contest page so got over it as that sweep ended. Then just the other day I tried to request a code from another sweep (https://cocacola.promo.eprize.com/cicispizza/) and again, I am not getting any codes at all while my wife still gets them fine.

Anyway, my question is, has anyone else had this problem? Does it mean my email is blacklisted? Even if I'm not on some "naughty list" or whatever, I worry that if I can't even get free codes then maybe I won't be in the draw for prizes when I do enter...I mean I enter a good number of other random eprize sweeps so have I been wasting my time all this time?

Silly I know but hoping someone knows more than I do. Thanks in advance Smile

Waving jesterfx - It's probably your ISP that is the culprit here, since those "request codes" are on auto pilot.

Did you white list the addy from when your wife got the codes?

Amy, thanks for the reply!

They are both gmail accounts and I have gotten other types of emails from eprize in the past. Not sure if I've missed any other emails since either though. Only ones I know are coming, or should be coming, are the codes.

sunny In all the years that I have been doing this, I have never had a problem with any sweep sending me codes. If in doubt and wondering if you are being blacklisted (which I doubt unless you have been real naughty) laughing Shoot them an email and ask if you are being blacklisted. The only time I have heard of anyone being blacklisted is if they are caught cheating and then they are usually just banned from the sweeps that they were cheating. You could also make another email addy for yourself and see what happens.

Waving jesterfx - OK, not sure how gmail screens, but if they decide it's spam, you may never see it unless you are able to add the addy to your white list.

I created a folder {WINS} where I route all sponsor type addys so they don't get lost in the shuffle, and haven't had any problems.

I did have an email from eprize take over 5 hours to reach me just last week, and I tend to request codes a day or 2 ahead, so I don't have to wait to enter since they can take a pretty long time to show sometimes.
