Not sure WIN?

Need your help sweeping friends. Was in the IWON site and a scratch off game from Lottery Sweeps can up, I scratched it and it said I won either a TV, Laptop or Ipod with shipping paid had a form 6117B to fill out to claim prize. What do you think? New at sweeping so I'm not sure. Thanks for sharing your advice on this one. crazy tongue

If they ask for participation require to receive your prize, like sign up for blockbuster, etc. I dont do those, because its not a win. Just remember if money has to come out of your pocket, its not a win. Good luck in your sweeping sunny

never give out your personal info if you are not sure. once it is out there you cant stop it. you will get spamed to death, to say the least. also be careful of magazine sweeps, they tend to trick you by having a box on the entry form, some are if you check the box you want to subscribe to the magazine and some if you leave it unchecked you want to subscribe. then they will send you a bill, hope i helped in some way

A search of form 6117B netted me:

Which means it's NOT a "win"

Rule of thumb - if you "win" a prize you are NOT entering for {like you are entering an IW for Amazon codes or something} and a prize pops up that is NOT the Amazon code - it means you did NOT really win.
