open to all legal US residents that are at least eighteen (18) years old as of June 7, 2008

Four Ways to Enter:

1) Participants may enter by obtaining and completing an official Sweepstakes entry form at any participating convenience store or on-premise account location.

Mail the fully completed entry form to: “Fit for Paradise” Sweepstakes, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester, NY 14610.

Limit one entry per person per e-mail and/or mailing address per day.

2) Participants at the “Taste of Chicago” event held from June 27, 2008 (8:00 AM EDT) – July 6, 2008 (10:00 PM EDT) can enter the Sweepstakes from a mobile phone. At the event, a phone number and text message will be provided. Upon entering the specified text message, the participant will receive a text message confirming your entry, and directing you to www.Nutrisoda.com/fit to view a complete set of these Official Rules. Standard text-message rates apply. Other charges may apply; check your mobile plan for details. This is available on participating carriers only. Your wireless-service provider may charge you for each text message you send and receive. Please consult your wireless-service provider regarding pricing plans.

Limit one entry per person per mobile phone number per day.

3) Participants can enter the Sweepstakes on-line at www.Nutrisoda.com/fit between June 23 (12:00:01 AM EDT) – July 30, 2008 (11:59:59 PM EDT) by completing the on-line entry form (name, age-range, state of residence, and e-mail address) and questionnaire.

Each entrant that completes the on-line registration and questionnaire will be awarded (5) Sweepstakes entries.

Limit one registration per person per e-mail.

4) Participants can enter by hand printing on a 3”x 5” card, your name, date of birth, address (including zip code), day & evening phone numbers, and e-mail address. Mail the card in a business envelope to: “Fit for Paradise” Sweepstakes, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester, NY 14610.

Limit (5) entries per person per address per day.

All entries must be postmarked by July 30, 2008 and received by August 7, 2008.

(1) Grand Prize and  (250) First Prize winners.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a 7 day/6 night vacation trip for four (4) people to Hawaii. The Grand Prize weekend prize package will include: i) roundtrip airfare for four (4) on an airline of the Sponsor’s choice (Fees, taxes, surcharges, and/or service charges are the responsibility of the passenger), and ii), six (6) night hotel accommodations (hotel taxes included). Winner and travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. If a travel companion is a minor, parent or legal guardian must sign and return release and accompany minor on trip. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply Stopovers are not permitted on flight voucher issued and, if a stopover occurs, the Grand Prize will terminate at the stopover point and full fare will be charged for the remaining segments of the flight. The Sponsor (or Sponsor’s designee), in its sole discretion, will determine transportation and lodging accommodations. The Grand Prize winner’s requested travel date must be provided to Sponsor a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to the Event date. While prize suppliers will make every effort to confirm reservations as requested, travel restrictions / limitations, operational and/or market conditions may prevent them from doing so on the requested dates. Travel and accommodations are subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and other restrictions, all of which are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and his/her guest will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein including but not limited to round trip transportation between the winner’s residence and any airport of origin, taxes, gratuities, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone, in-room services, tips and any other incidentals. The Grand Prize awarded consisting of products/services for four (4) people require that you and your companions redeem the Grand Prize together. The Grand Prize will be deemed awarded upon the winner’s receipt of travel/lodging confirmation (or voucher). Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen travel vouchers or certificates.

(“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $10,000

which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. The travel and accommodations can not exceed the maximum allowable prize amount of $10,000 and any difference between stated ARV and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded. The Trip must be completed by August 31, 2009 or prize will be forfeited.

First Prize winners will receive a pair of Chaco Flips (ARV-$50).
