ELIGIBILITY
The Old Time Pottery, Inc. Holiday Treasure Hunt Sale (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is offered and open only to legal residents of the United States and its territories at least 18 years old at the time of entry.  Employees and directors of Old Time Pottery, Inc., affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, judges and legal advisors and the immediate family or members of the households of such employees and directors are not eligible.  By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Old Time Pottery, Inc. which are final and binding in all respects.


PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Promotional period begins Thursday, November 1, 2008 at 7:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at 9:00:00 p.m. (ET) (“Promotional Period”).  The sweepstakes will be presented in the Old Time Pottery Inc. retail locations.


ENTRY
Entry is available through official entry forms available at all Old Time Pottery, Inc. retail locations.  Please visit www.oldtimepottery.com for entry/store locations.  Applicants to the Holiday Treasure Hunt Sale sweepstakes agree to have their name used in the promotion in receipt for the declared prize.  Entrants may not enter with multiple identities nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to obtain entry other than the prescribed method above.  Photocopy, facsimile or other reproduction of official entry forms is strictly prohibited.


DRAWING
One Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.  To be declared a Winner, a potential winner must be able to produce proof of legal age and residency; and also will be required to provide certain identifying personal information including (but not limited to):  name, address of residency (including street address, city, state and zip code), home and/or work telephone number, e-mail address, social security number (for tax purposes) and any other personal identifying information deemed necessary by Old Time Pottery, Inc.
