(1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) 10th Anniversary Bicycle Autographed by the OCC valued at a total of $40,000. The winner may either arrange for the delivery of the Grand Prize to winner's place of residence or other address provided by winner within the fifty (50) state of the United States of America (or the District of Columbia), or the winner may pick up the Grand Prize at Orange County Choppers at 14 Crossroads Court, Newburgh, NY 12550 upon providing at least ten (10) days prior notice to Sponsor via e-mail at occinfo@efashionsolutions.com Attention: "Orange County Choppers Sweepstakes - Grand Prize Pick-Up" or by calling 800-755-2119. If winner chooses to travel to Orange County Choppers to pick up the Grand Prize, winner shall bear the sole responsibility of all costs, fees and risks associated with and related to said travel, arrangements and delivery of the Grand Prize. If winner chooses to have Orange County Choppers deliver the Grand Prize to winner, winner shall bear the sole responsibility to pay for all shipping and handling charges, including any shipping insurance. In addition to the foregoing, all Grand Prize vehicle tax, title, registration, license and insurance fees, and all other costs and expenses not expressly specified herein as being part of the Grand Prize, are solely the Grand Prize winner's responsibility and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Sponsor or Orange County Choppers to winner.
