To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be residents who are 18 years of age or older.

 Employees of KTUD, LAS Vegas TV Partners LLC, and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.  The term 'immediate families' includes -spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren, relatives or significant others.

 
HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to enter.  Qualified entrants may enter as many times as possible.

To enter, viewers must watch for the clue that appears in FAMILY GUY @ 8pm & KING OF THE HILL @8:30pm.

Then, watch for the number to call (in KING OF THE HILL @8:30) and be the forth caller with the correct answer, for your chance to win a $500 Gas Card and Family Guy /  Simpsons / Vegas TV merchandise (retail value $530)

The contest starts on Monday, November 26, 2007 and ends on Wednesday, November 28, 2007.

Viewers will be asked to call in on a designated telephone line at a particular time or times during KING OF THE HILL @8:30PM. KTUD and Las Vegas TV Partners are not responsible for any technical difficulties in executing the contest or telephone system failures or malfunctions or other inability of entrants to reach telephone entry line.


One winner each night of the contest will win (1) $500 Gas Card or equivalent value (retail value $500) and Family Guy/SIMPSONS merchandise (estimated retail value $30) 


Winners will be notified by phone. Each winner must show picture identification to claim prize.  KTUD reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented. 

Failure to collect the prize by 5pm.on Friday, December 21, 2007 will constitute forfeiture of the prize(s).  If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of KTUD.

There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives. The prize is non-transferable.  The station has the right to substitute a prize of similar value.

The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.

KTUD and Las Vegas TV Partners are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize. 

KTUD and Las Vegas TV Partners are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly from the award or use of the prize.

In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that KTUD and Las Vegas TV Partners have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
