Me too, libraryranger. It wants me to verify a phone number then tells me it's too busy to handle my request. I managed to email in a report and was told that I need to scan a photo ID and reply in order to unlock the account. I guess it's a good thing they take security seriously, but what a hassle!

Once or twice a month I get locked out. I just clear temp files/cookies & reboot, and after waiting a few hours try again. Then rinse and repeat until I'm back in. I usually don't go past the "Not recognized" screen, and it sometimes takes a day or so. |
