post-marked by October 2, 2006 and received by October 5, 2006.

Entries submitted by the "pay with bank account" method of entry must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on the Monday prior to the drawing to be eligible for the drawing occurring that week.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Monday prior to the drawing and received by 5:00 p.m. (PT) on the Thursday prior to the drawing to be eligible for the drawing occurring that week.
Entries not drawn at any given drawing will be discarded and will not be eligible for subsequent drawings.
Potential winners will be
notified by telephone within (3) business days following the drawing, and will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If prize is not claimed within seven (7) days of notification, or if any winner does not meet eligibility criteria, the original winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
