There are two ways that entrants may enter their child into the Sweepstakes in one of the following age categories
Infant (4-11 months old as of 9/28/2006);
or
Toddler (12-24 months old as of 9/28/2006):
VIA ON-LINE: enter a UPC code from a Gerber Organic product you purchased and upload a color photograph of your child (only one child may be pictured in the photograph)
For each subsequent time you enter, please follow directions and enter a UPC code but do not include any additional photographs. Such entries will be matched with the original Photograph for each entry.
Photograph must be in JPG format and may be no larger than 256k. Limit five entries per person/email address per day. Limit one photograph upload per person/email address throughout the entire Promotion Period. Limit twenty-five (25) entries per UPC code.
More than the specified number of entries from any person or e-mail address will void all entries from that person or e-mail address. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter sweepstakes is prohibited. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply.
ON-LINE COUPON OFFER: For each UPC code submitted at time of entry, entrant will receive the quantity of “points” that correspond to the respective UPC code submitted at time of entry. All entrants that accrue over 100 points throughout the Promotion Period will receive a $5 online coupon book via an online link provided once the 100 points have been accrued. A list of Gerber Organic products and their respective UPC code and the point value associated with each UPC code may be found on HYPERLINK "http://www.gerber.com"

VIA MAIL: To enter the first time without providing a UPC code from a Gerber Organic product, hand print your name, complete address, including zip code, home phone number, (optional) email address, date of birth and your child’s name and date of birth on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper. You must also send in a color Photograph of your child (only one child may be pictured in Photograph). Photograph submissions must be at least 3”x5” and may be no larger than 8”x10”. Do not fold Photographs. You may enter as often as you wish, however, after your first entry, you may not include any additional photographs. Limit one mailed entry per envelope and you may only submit one photograph of your child throughout the Promotion Period. Mail your completed entry in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to:

IMPORTANT: On the lower left-hand corner of your outer mailing envelope, please indicate if your child is an Infant or a Toddler by hand printing the word “Infant” or “Toddler” on the lower left-hand corner of your envelope. All mailed entries must be postmarked by 9/28/2006 and received by 10/5/2006.
(2) Grand Prizes (one per category) – The opportunity for the winning child to be part of a photo shoot and be featured on a selected Gerber Organic cereal box or Gerber Organic Mini Fruits™. Photo shoot will take place at winner’s home or another sponsor-specified location near winner’s home. Grand Prize photo shoot must be done on a date specified by Sponsor, which is subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner will also receive Sponsor-selected photos from the photo shoot. ARV: $500.
(20) Finalist Prizes (10 per category) – Finalists’ photos will be featured on HYPERLINK "http://www.gerber.com"
