There are (2) ways to obtain a Code.

1) In-Store: Look for codes under orange bottle caps of specially-marked 20 oz bottles of Sunkist Orange, Strawberry or Cherry Limeade, available at participating retailers during June 1 – July 31, 2006, or while supplies last. Not all brands may be available in all markets.

2) Free Game Piece Request: to obtain a free Code by mail (while supplies last), hand-print your name and complete mailing address (no P.O. boxes), phone number (including area code) and date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to
