You can only submit your entry form for the Sweepstakes in person at Guest Services at any participating mall as set forth in Section 10 (individually, a “Participating Mall” and collectively, the “Participating Malls”) or via a Participating Mall’s website as set forth in Section 10 (individually, a “Participating Mall’s Website” and collectively, the “Participating Malls’ Websites”). Any other attempt at entry is void. Official Entry Forms will be available at Guest Services at a Participating Mall during a Participating Mall’s hours during the Sweepstakes Period and online via a Participating Mall’s Website during the Sweepstakes Period. Complete the Sweepstakes Official Entry Form and follow the instructions, including providing all mandatory information. Incomplete entries, failure to follow the instructions, procedures and/or these Official Rules shall render the entry invalid.
There is a limit of (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. If multiple entries are received from any one person, only the first entry will be considered and subsequent entries will be disqualified. All entries must be actually received by (i) Guest Services at a Participating Mall during the Participating Mall’s hours on Saturday, December 22, 2007 or (ii) a Participating Mall’s Website by Saturday, December 22, 2007, 11:59 p.m. (New York Time), regardless of the date or time emailed or when date or time stamped.
ELIGIBILITY:
Only legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Rhode Island and Florida, who are 18 years of age or older as of November 23, 2007 are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and win the prize. Employees, officers, directors (and their immediate family members and members of their same households) and agents and representatives of Hurtigruten Group ASA and the Participating Malls named in Section 10 below (collectively, “Sponsor”), The Macerich Company or The Macerich Partnership, L.P. or any of their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiary companies (collectively, “Macerich”), and employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of (i) the merchants of each of the Participating Malls named in Section 10 below; or (ii) any advertising or promotion agencies that do business with Macerich, are not eligible to win.
(5) winners will be selected to each receive a one-way 7 day Northbound cruise or a one-way 6 day Southbound cruise on Hurtigruten Lines (approximate retail value $7,000). The cruise may only be used between December 2007 through March 2008 or August 2008 through December 2008 and is subject to availability. The cruise is for two passengers in an outside stateroom. The winner and his or her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Prize includes cruise passage for two people, all on-board meals and on-board entertainment and round trip coach airfare from the New York area (JFK or Newark Airports), as available.
DRAWINGS AND NOTIFICATION: (1) winner of a Visa Gift Card will be selected in each of (6) random drawings to be held on the following dates: on or about November 1, 2007; on or about December 3, 2007; on or about January 2, 2008; on or about February 1, 2008; on or about March 3, 2008; and on or about April 1, 2008 from all eligible and qualified entries received in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of the applicable drawing. Winners will be notified by phone, e-mail or U.S. mail. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.travel companion will be required to provide valid government-issued photographic identification at the time of travel. Winner must book the cruises at least 45 days prior to sailing. Any changes to the reservation later than 45 days prior to sailing will be at the sole discretion of Hurtigruten Group ASA and the terms and conditions of the airline provider. Winner will be responsible for all expenses and taxes not specifically mentioned herein, including without limitation, their own incidental charges, excursions, ground transportation, transportation between the winner’s home and the New York area (JFK or Newark Airports), charges, alcoholic beverages, and gratuities. The winner will be required to use a credit card on board to pay for alcohol and personal expenses. At least one person in the cabin must be 18 years of age or older. Airfare from the New York area (JFK or Newark Airports) to Bergen or Kirkenes, as applicable, is subject to availability and will require at least one stop. Additional terms and conditions, including expiration dates, apply. The winner will receive a copy of all terms and conditions. No substitutions or cash equivalents of the prize (or portion thereof) is permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. The prize awarded is subject to the restrictions and limitations noted in these Official Rules, on the prize and/or included with the prize and the winner must abide by all such limitations and restrictions, including any expiration dates. The winner agrees to accept the prize “as is”. The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable.
There is a limit of (1) prize per person for any sweepstakes or contest conducted by a Participating Mall during 2007. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
