I am about to go out of my mind ~ lol...not that I have much of that to lose anyway whistle  Almost everything that I own is packed in totes and boxes and in the living room floor.  Jimmie and I worked all weekend to sort through stuff so I would be ready to move when I find a place for me and the girls to move to.  I am glad to have it done, but it is driving me mad!!!

I can't find a place to live...I looked at one place right down the road and it was terrible!  The people that moved out left it in such bad shape.  Holes in the walls and in the floors (how do you put holes in the floors??? and why???).  Plus it smelled so badly of cigarettes that it physically made me sick.  Then I looked at one in town that was a lot better, but it only had two bedrooms...I got to thinking that up to two years of me sleeping in the living room might not be to fun, so I passed on it for the time being...so I am still sitting and waiting...and praying that there is a house out there for me!

The one good thing that has come out of all of this is that Jimmie and I are getting along better than we have in years.  I don't know if he realizes that I finally mean what I say, but he is treating me so much better.  We really haven't had any disagreements...the kids are more relaxed than I have seen them in years.  Thank God that Caitlyn has at least started acting more like herself again...I am a happy Mom!

Waving At least you are all ready for when you find your new place. Can't imagine why Jimmie wouldn't be nice to you since you are giving him the house. I'm sure he will stay nice til the divorce is over so you don't change your mind. Glad to hear that all is well.

I had to live in my car for a month or two at one point, it stinks.  I hope you do find some where.

Well ~ actually we have already signed the papers so he could be a total dog about everything right now if he wanted to...we signed our papers Friday.  Now I have to go to court on a Monday and then wait...I tried to talk to the lady in the lawyer's office, but she was working it by herself that day and was busy so I never got a straight answer to when our divorce would be final.

Jimmie's Mom is pissed at me...I don't think she will ever talk to me again.  My Dad is mad at me for not asking for more than what I did...which is basically nothing...the only one that has been good to me is Jimmie's Dad...he is acting normal.  Thank goodness for normal people!!!

Move in with your ex-inlaws....

That's what I did while I was waiting for a new place! My ex mother-in-law even bought the wwedding cake for my 2nd marriage.
