OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. RESIDING IN ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR D.C. WHO ARE THE AGE OF MAJORITY OR OLDER IN THEIR RESPECTIVE STATES OF RESIDENCE AS OF JANUARY 1, 2012.

Limit of (1) entry per Registration per day. If an entrant submits more than one entry per day (i.e. one online entry and one via foursquare), then all entries submitted by that entrant on such day will be ineligible to win.


at the end of any Game (as defined below) or Super Bowl Quarter (as defined below) is either (7) or (11), a random drawing (a “Drawing”) will be held from among all previously non-winning entries received through the last valid entry date for the corresponding Drawing date, in accordance with the schedule set forth below(“Entry Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules and as defined by the National Football League:

each of the  (8) AFC/NFC Wildcard Games and AFC/NFC Divisional Playoff Games (currently scheduled for
January 7, 2012,
January 8, 2012,
January 14, 2012,
January 15, 2012) is a “Playoff Game”;

each of the AFC/NFC Conference Championship Games (currently scheduled for January 22, 2012) is a “Championship
Game”; each quarter of the National Football League’s Super Bowl XLVI (“Super Bowl”, currently scheduled for February 5, 2012) is a “Super Bowl Quarter”. The Playoff Games, Championship Games and Super Bowl are collectively, the “Games”.

Entry Periods 12:00:01 a.m. 1/21/12 – 11:59:59 p.m. 1/6/12 Super Bowl Drawing Date 2/7/12

* All non-winning entries for any Entry Period will be automatically rolled
over to the next Entry Period.
