 I have been unsuccessful in trying to upload a photo on my Modify Profile page. All I have gotten is a box with a red X. Can someone give me a step-by-step guide on what to do?

I think this is session related, meaning when you tried to change your photo your session expired and the photo upload failed. Logout here: http://www.sweepsadvantage.com/amember/member.phpClose the web browser, reopen and log back in. And try to do it again. I was just able to change mine to the gears as you can see.  |

Look at the top of this page, right above the google search box, green tool bar. The logout is last item on the right.

You are right! You do get that when you click on Ken's link. I was talking about the forum page. I am assuming that he is saying to logout of the forum and back in to fix the problem. |

If you don't see a Logout you are not logged in properly. Clear your cookie and log back in. I do see a logout at the top of this page, but the link you gave above just went to the subscription signup page. I have to deal with my black toolbar issues first though!  |

I'm still not having any luck with this. I've logged out, logged back in, tried to upload again so I'm still missing something-- I know that it's not rocket science but I'm not getting anywhere with this! I appreciate any help or tips!!

Don't feel bad. It's not working for me either. I've logged out, closed the window, opened a new one, logged back in, and I still can't get the picture to show up. |

I don't know exactly how he did it , but a friend of mine with considerably more computer knowledge uploaded my pic to Photobucket and put it on here from there. Can this help you?

It's easy using photobucket. They make the HTML link for you and then you can post it right in here. Make sure you delete the http: in here before you paste in the new link. I posted my photo yesterday with no issue. I know how to do that. I might try it when I get a chance, but it was just easier to upload directly to here.
