Could someone please tell me, in non-technical jargon, how to attach a screen shot to posts in the forums.  I know how to take them and save them to my pc and photobucket but after that I am lost.

After you have them saved at photobucket all you need to do is copy and paste the link in the body of your post here at SA. Photobucket gives you the img link to post.
