Hey all...

Offer up some prayers for me and my mother.

She has to have minor surgery tomorrow to put in tubes to go on dialysis later this year.  It's a 2 hour trip for us one way.  Any prayers would be welcome especially specific ones like a safe incident free road trip, a good procedure, no complications, etc etc.

Anyone wanna get up with me at 2:30 am to make a 2 hour road trip for surgery on my family member?  I wish I had a laptop so I could keep sweeping while I have to wait thru the surgery and recovery.  I'll really need one later this year to muddle thru 4 hour long dialysis sessions 3 days a week.

  I have been trying to win a laptop for years, have won just about everything else but no laptop. I started checking out the Acer netbooks for traveling and when I didn't feel like sitting in front of the desktop. I finally found a great price on one at Amazon with a 6 cell battery. For $289 paid for with several of the prepaid cards I have won. It just came last week. I have been busy loading it up with all my sweeps info and of course Roboform. The screen is tiny but it weighs less than 3 pounds and will fit in my purse.  I am surprised at how great it works.
