Hi All:

Won a trip to NY that includes Hair and Makeup application for 5 people.  Is it proper etiquette to tip at the Salon on a trip win?  It is very high end, John Barrett Salon NYC.  Also, should we be tipping bell hop and maid?  Is it proper to send a thank you note and token gift to the person at the Sponsor's who is going out of her way for us?  I have never WON a trip before and want to do the right thing.  We are leaving this Sunday, so your input would be greatly appreciated.
