I get an email every day for the entry code for the $2,500 entry claim code, and i click on the link and it doesn't work. Is anyone else having this problem. I can't enter at all. thanks.

Yes I am having that issue too...I try to put the free code through, but then it says I forgot to fill in my name, address, etc. but that part is only if you want to subscribe...pretty weird!

yes, that's the same issue i'm getting, but on the page where you enter the code it also says my full name, so obviously i registered, so i'm confused why it's asking me again for all the information, and when you hit the back button there is no form to fill out.  if you figure out how to fix it, let me know. thanks.

 No problem here either. When I click on the link in my email I am just verifying the number they sent. First page is Welcome Back Pamela Murphy,ENTER YOUR $2,500.00 ENTRY CLAIM CODE, THEN CLICK THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON BELOW: (the code is already filled in) I click submit, it goes to another page where it verifies my entry then advances to a page trying to sell me one of their products, I click CONTINUE, then I get the Thank You, Pamela Murphy, your entry claim code is sucessfully submitted. No typing is involved.

not that way for us, we get the code, click on the link, it brings us the page with the code all ready typed in the box, my name appears at the top, and then when we hit submit, it brings us to an error page saying we didn't type in our name, address, phone #. hit the back button to fill in the missing info., when you hit the back button, nothing happens. Can't even go back to correct the mistake.

i figured out how to fix it. in the email that they send you with the code, there is a blue link at the bottom rd.com/sweeps/dailycode/help. click on that, it will bring you to a page, click on #1 to register. resubmit the same information, and then it will say your registered. go back into your email and click on the link the previously sent you with the code, and it should take you through the proper pages. good luck. it worked for me. i'll let you know when they send me the code tomorrow if it worked too.

the only prob I have had is , you can only enter once per day and I have 6 codes in my e-mail account from previous days

DUH! Reader's Digest ... right up there with Publisher's Clearinghouse for being "spam-meisters" of the Universe! Have fun getting off their lists ... and the 800+ other folks they sell/"provide" your name and addy to! I made that mistake just once. Never again.  ooh ... before everybody tells me they don't, they do ... "we will not sell your email" ... blah blah blah ... but "we will provide your information to our marketing partners" ... blah blah blah ... all 800 of them!

I get this message daily, also, but I have not had a problem with entering the code. The code appears, I click on "submit" and that's it.
