It's a scam.

Nothing in that comes close to what a real prize notification looks like.

Very large prizes notifications normally come via Fedex, etc., as an affidavit that has to be signed for, filled out, and notarized before sending back in to accept the prize.

Plus, you have to ask yourself if you entered a sweepstakes like this. You can't win if you didn't enter for it.

So sorry you didn't win, but don't feel bad as I received the very same email. Pretty soon you will be able to pick these out without any problems. I wouldn't know what to think if I didn't get at least a dozen of these everyday.
