Here are some tips for reporting sweeps that don't work for you.  Under each individual sweep, there is an entry for "Report Problem".  When you click on it, a screen will open up for you to file a report.  There isn't a lot of room for comments, but you can type something brief in the email field like "not in Florida" or "page won't load" if you want to highlight the problem.

The Broken Links report is checked several times a day so hopefully we can get the sweeps working correctly for you as soon as possible.

Some things to consider:

* Please read the contest description.  If it's a snail mail contest and the description says "information not available on line", there's nothing we can do when you report that you couldn't open the page.

* The Members here are a great resource.  If you open the "View Comments" link under a contest, you may find an answer to your problem.

* If you report the same sweep several times and it still isn't fixed, please let us know about it.  When I check the error report, I open the page and try entering the contest myself to see what happens.  If I can open the page and enter, I have to assume that the contest is operating correctly.  If you post a note in the Forum, or send a PM, there's a good chance that we can find a way to get you into a troublesome sweep.

* Please check the end date of the sweep you're looking for.  If it ends today, and you can't find it, the sponsor probably took it down already.  It will move to SA's Expired list on the following day.

* Using the "Report Problem" link will get our attention faster than leaving a Comment.

SA wants to keep the Members happy and the links working smoothly for you.  Thank you, everyone, for letting us know when you find a problem, or discover a solution for a difficult sweep.

This a wonderful idea for this broken link.
There's nothing worse then trying over and over again, hoping it will fix itself.
I've been to alot of web-sites and I never seen one like you have.

Keep on with the great ideas!!That's what makes it work so well for you and  all your customers, again, wonderful work!!!

I have only one suggestion. In the list of reasons for reporting a broken link, you could have no confirmation page. Sometimes you fill out the form & hit "Submit" and you get the "cannot find page" message. Then you don't know if you entered or not.

It would probably make more sense to post a comment under a sweep that does not issue a confirmation page.  It's not really an error, and there's nothing SA can do to generate a confirmation page from a sponsor's sweep.  It is helpful when sponsors include this feature, but not all sweeps have it.  If you post a comment, however, you can let other sweepers know that the sweep does not include this feature.  Thanks for the suggestion!

Thanks to everyone who lets us know when there is a problem with a listing.

However, the listings that are in One Entry and marked as "Alternate Entry" are in the correct place.  Yes, the main giveaway may run through Facebook, but the Alternate Entry link allows you to enter without logging in through Facebook.

I really like this, having the alternate entry sweeps listed in the one entry.  I don't have a FB account and don't want one, so this give me a chance to enter the ones not requireing an account without wading thru all the FB sweeps.
